Site:
Opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 8:00 p.m.
Site Fee:
$4.00 Adult Members / $2.00 Members 4-12 years old. A
$3.00 Non-Member surcharge will be collected in addition to site fees.
Fighting:
9:30 a.m. -- Inspections and Authorizations
10:30 a.m. -- Novice Tourney
Shortly after Novice Tourney --TfT Tourney
“Entry fee” for fighters is a new toy of at least a $5 value.
Food Options:
There will be an Inn serving breakfast and lunch. Breakfast will begin serving at 8:30 a.m.
A&S Judging:
This year’s theme will be “works-in-progress.” Project
explanations will begin at 2:00 p.m. (arrangements may be
made for fighters with A&S projects).
Merchanting:
Merchant’s table fee waived with donation of toy of $5 value.
Archery:
Available weather permitting.
Performing Arts:
All dancers, singers, musicians, poets, etc. are welcome and
encouraged to showcase their talent(s) throughout the day.
Raffle:
Various wooden items will be raffled. Proceeds will go to assist hurricane relief.
Toy Collections:
“Bring more toys than…” competition. Start collecting toys and pledges now.
Group and individual prizes will be awarded. All toy collections go towards helping the
“Mid-Missouri Marine Corp League Toys for Tots Campaign.”
Directions to Site Make your best route to Hwy 63; then follow the directions below.
Look for the signs:
From the North (Columbia):
Take Hwy 63 South from Columbia approximately 15 miles to Ashland;
Take a RIGHT (West) off the exit ramp towards town;
From the South (Jefferson City):
Take Hwy 63 North from Jefferson City approximately 17 miles to Ashland;
Take a LEFT (West) off the exit ramp towards town;
General Directions From Ashland Exit:
Continue straight through the first 4-way stop-sign, which is N. Henry Clay Blvd. (street runs at an angle/Break Time on corner);
At the 2nd 4-way stop-sign take a RIGHT (North), which will be N. Main;
Continue heading North on N. Main as you curve past other school buildings and the public pool (street name will change to Crump Lane after the curve);
The High School will be on your RIGHT;
Parking Note: Please look for signs indicating allowed parking. General parking and parking for loading/unloading will be around the back.
